At Phoenix Marketing we provide promotional services for large corporate clients. Each client receives a tailored campaign designed around their specific needs. By using direct marketing methods our clients receive a much higher yield and performance than many of our competitors in both acquisitions and quality.

Here at Phoenix Marketing we have embraced this evolution, through direct contact with potential customers, either via residential, event sales or business to business sales. Goal setting is crucial to this development process to ensure every candidate is reaching the standards they wish to attain. Appraisals are undertaken at regular intervals to review this progress and adjust the training and development requirements accordingly.

CYCLE OF DEVELOPMENT

It is a structured, multi-tiered programme that allows a person to think and learn about business in an easy to understand format, at a speed that suits them. It is divided into 6 sections, or stages, beginning with the foundations and gradually building up into more complex and advanced business concepts.

MEET THE FOUNDER:
SHARON MCCAFFREY

Hailing from Monaghan, Sharon initially studied in Athlone Institute of Technology and having pursued a career in the property industry for a number of years, she decided to venture down a new career path. Having been introduced to the direct sales industry in 2011, she successfully completed a business development programme which followed by her opening up her company Phoenix Sales and Marketing in 2012. Since then Phoenix Marketing has gone on to win numerous awards including New Marketing Company of the Year, Most Consistent Marketing Company, Gamechanger of the Year and most recently the prestigious Powerhouse Location award. Sharon has further plans to open new locations across both Ireland and Europe and currently has some of these projects underway.

Our goal is to continue to provide a high level of customer service and client satisfaction to both our current clients, and to future clients, as we grow and expand. Our mission is to provide people with an opportunity to shape their future based on performance, and to help them gain a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, through an exciting and inclusive work environment, that values diversity and recognises individual contributions.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

INTRODUCTION

After successfully joining Phoenix you will be attending a full product coaching session with us and we also assign you a mentor. This is to learn the product or service and enable you to conduct your first presentation

LEARNING TO BE A MENTOR

Within the first month of learning to be a mentor, in a Brand Ambassador role, we will give you the neccessary tools to become a great leader and also guide you through certain skills that will allow you to coach others

BEING A MENTOR

At this stage you concentrate on increasing confidence, but also honing the skills and abilities needed to develop others. Mainly you will learn how to increase the profitabilty of Brand Ambassadors around you.

BUILDING YOUR BRAND

Whilst being a Leader you will be invited to Global Conferences to further develop your skills by listening to industry experts and like-minded individuals. You will also begin to build your brand and develop a team of mentors

LEARNING HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS

This stage will teach you how to run and lead a successful business. Designed to develop your skills in day to day management and increasing profitabilty of your very own business.

STARTING YOUR OWN BUSINESS VENTURE

Become a profitable Business Owner by applying all the incremental steps you were taught previously. Gain an insight into the Business World and learn about Finance, Recruitment and how to increase your potential as an Owner
